On March 2, FOX CT chief meteorologist Garett Argianas spoke at the West Hartford Regents meeting at the Elmwood Senior Center. Argianas discussed advances in weather forecasting and technology.



Yes, it’s Tony Soprano! I mean, actor James Gandolfini at the Macy’s “Go Red For Women” event, which was held in New York City on Feb. 26. Our very own VP of Advertising, Nancy Meyer (at right), and Tribune 365 Vice President Marjorie Hall got the chance to meet Gandolfini and snap this photo.



On Feb. 27, FOX CT Morning News anchor Logan Byrnes participated in the Connecticut Sports Foundation’s second annual Ride America event, which was held at Malibu Fitness in Farmington. The dollars raised will go to Connecticut cancer patients and their families.



Hartford Courant print platform manager Naedine Hazell took part in a panel discussion at the Mark Twain House on March 2 on the topic of how newspapers are evolving and how news of their decline is greatly exaggerated.
